Avitu uses established physiological formulas to derive your daily macro targets from your training plan, day structure (sleep, work, activity levels), and athlete profile (weight, height, age, sex). Every calculation is transparent — you can tap any target to see the exact formula behind it. No black-box AI.
Avitu integrates with Intervals.icu (training plans, activities, biometrics), Strava (activities), and Wahoo (activities). Once connected, your training data is automatically synced to generate accurate daily fueling targets.
