NewTarget clarification - by tapping on the calories target of a day, you can now see how this target is calculated.
NewMacro breakdown - view a breakdown of your macros on any given day by tapping on the macro targets. This helps you understand your nutrient intake and adjust your diet accordingly.
ImprovedWhen selecting time, you can choose between 'now' and a custom time. Long-press any time selection to quickly set it to 'now'.
