v1.2.3 Biometrics chart
  • New Biometrics chart - You can now view a chart of your biometrics (weight, body fat) over time.
  • Improved Source of data is now being shown for externally synced data points: time asleep, weight, body fat.
v1.2.2 Manual input of weight/body fat
  • New Manual input of weight/body fat - You can now manually input your weight and body fat percentage for every day. This is a preparation for showing a history of your progress.
v1.2.1 Account removal & copy/paste
  • New Account removal - You can now remove your account and data, without having full access to the app.
  • Improved After copy/pasting consumables, the clipboard is not emptied so you can paste multiple times.
  • Fixed Fixed issue where you could not copy/paste into same moments (e.g., copying from breakfast to breakfast).

  • New Week view - Plan your nutrition across the whole week at once with a complete overview. Only available on large screens.

  • New Preferences - Choose your preferences for receiving updates and notifications.
  • New Barcode on consumable - Set a barcode for each custom consumable item, after which it can be found by scanning.
  • Improved You can now filter on consumables (all or only custom).
  • Fixed Orientation changes were accidentally blocked.
  • Fixed We no longer try to fetch performed activities from integrations, in the future.

  • New Navigation improvements - Swipe left or right to navigate between days of nutrition data.
  • New Custom label - Immediately see which consumables where added by you.
  • Improved You can now see an extended history (10 days) and an extended future (7 days).
  • Fixed When checking a day's kcal-target, the title of an activity could exceed the available space.
v1.1.3 Strava description updates
  • New Strava description updates - can now opt-in to have Avitu update the description of Strava activities with carb intake information.
  • Improved Starting time of Intervals.icu planned workouts is now kept in sync, if the user has enabled updates.
  • Improved Target clarification popup now displays burned calories per activity instead of total calories.
v1.1.2 Target clarification, macro breakdown
  • New Target clarification - by tapping on the calories target of a day, you can now see how this target is calculated.
  • New Macro breakdown - view a breakdown of your macros on any given day by tapping on the macro targets. This helps you understand your nutrient intake and adjust your diet accordingly.
  • Improved When selecting time, you can choose between 'now' and a custom time. Long-press any time selection to quickly set it to 'now'.
  • Fixed Nutrition data was not rounded in UI.

v1.1.0 Competition flag, suggested carb intake, integration preferences
  • New Competition flag - mark any activity as a competition event. The flag is visible on the dashboard and moment screen. Suggested carb intake rates will be higher in competition.
  • New Suggested carb intake - see recommended in-activity carbohydrate targets derived from your training plan and data, shown directly in the carb intake sheet.
  • New Integration preferences - configure per-integration settings.
  • New Update Intervals.icu data - when activated in the integration preferences, Avitu will update activities (carbs consumed), planned workouts (target carb intake) and/or daily totals (kcal, carbs, protein, fat).
